Subscription & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: July 9, 2026
This Subscription & Cancellation Policy describes how Foggy Froggy Networks subscription plans work, how billing and automatic renewal operate, how you can cancel, and what happens to your service and your device registrations when you do. This Policy should be read together with our Refund Policy, which governs money-back requests, and our Acceptable Use Policy, which governs permitted use of the service. By purchasing or renewing a subscription, you agree to the terms below.
1. How Our Plans Work
Foggy Froggy Networks offers four subscription plans that differ only in the number of devices they cover. Every plan includes the full service: VPN connections of up to 1 Gbps per connection, average latency of 30 to 50 ms, IPv6 readiness, DNS leak protection, IPv6 leak protection, a strict no-logs policy, and access to servers in 17 countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Australia, India, Brazil, and Turkey. All plans run on AMD EPYC servers with NVMe SSD storage and ECC RAM, with fewer than 100 users per node and 24/7 infrastructure monitoring supporting 99.9%+ uptime.
- SOLO — up to 5 devices, suited to individual use.
- FAMILY — up to 20 devices, suited to households.
- PRO — up to 50 devices, suited to power users and small teams.
- CORPORATE — up to 250 devices, suited to organizations.
2. Plans and Pricing
All prices are in United States dollars (USD) and are charged as a single payment covering the entire selected billing cycle:
| Plan | Devices | 1 Month | 3 Months | 6 Months | 12 Months |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| SOLO | 5 | $10 | $28 | $54 | $96 |
| FAMILY | 20 | $20 | $56 | $108 | $192 |
| PRO | 50 | $30 | $84 | $162 | $288 |
| CORPORATE | 250 | $60 | $168 | $324 | $576 |
Longer billing cycles carry a built-in discount relative to the monthly rate. Applicable taxes, where required, are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
3. Billing Cycles
Subscriptions are available in billing cycles of one (1), three (3), six (6), or twelve (12) months. Your billing cycle begins on the date your payment is completed and ends on the corresponding calendar date at the close of the cycle. If a cycle would end on a date that does not exist in the final month (for example, a cycle beginning on the 31st), it ends on the last day of that month. The full amount for the cycle is charged upfront; we do not bill in monthly installments for multi-month cycles.
4. Automatic Renewal and Reminders
Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle for a further cycle of the same length, at the then-current standard price for your plan, charged to your payment method on file. To keep renewals transparent:
- For 3-, 6-, and 12-month cycles, we send a renewal reminder by email at least seven (7) days before the renewal charge.
- For 1-month cycles, we send a reminder at least three (3) days before the renewal charge.
- Every renewal charge generates a receipt sent to the email address on your account.
You are responsible for keeping the email address on your account current so that reminders and receipts reach you. Renewal charges are governed by the Refund Policy, which limits refunds of renewal payments.
5. How to Cancel
You may cancel automatic renewal at any time, for any reason. Cancellation can be completed in either of the following ways:
- Through your account dashboard, by turning off automatic renewal for the active subscription; or
- By emailing support@foggyfroggynetworks.com from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and your order number or account email in the body.
Cancellations submitted by email are processed within two (2) business days, and we confirm every cancellation in writing. To avoid an unwanted renewal charge, submit your cancellation at least three (3) business days before your renewal date. A cancellation is effective only once you receive our written confirmation or your dashboard shows automatic renewal as disabled.
6. Effect of Cancellation
Cancellation stops future billing; it does not immediately end your service. After you cancel, your subscription remains fully active, with all features and all registered devices, until the last day of the billing period you have already paid for. At the end of that period, access to the VPN service is disabled and your device registrations are released. Cancellation by itself does not entitle you to a refund of the current period; refunds are governed exclusively by the Refund Policy. If you change your mind before the paid period ends, you can re-enable automatic renewal in your dashboard and your service will continue without interruption.
7. Upgrades, Downgrades, and Proration
You may change plans at any time during a billing cycle:
- Upgrades (for example, SOLO to FAMILY) take effect immediately. The unused value of your current cycle, calculated pro rata by remaining days, is credited against the price of the new plan for the remainder of the cycle, and you pay only the difference.
- Downgrades (for example, PRO to SOLO) take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We do not issue cash refunds or credits for downgrading mid-cycle, so you retain the higher device allowance until the current cycle ends.
- Cycle-length changes (for example, switching from 1-month to 12-month billing) take effect at the next renewal.
If a downgrade reduces your device allowance below the number of devices currently registered, you must deregister the excess devices before the downgrade takes effect; otherwise the most recently registered devices exceeding the new allowance are automatically deactivated.
8. Device Slots and HWID Management
Foggy Froggy Networks licenses the service per device using hardware-ID binding: one HWID equals one device. When a device first connects, its hardware identifier is bound to one of the device slots included in your plan (5 for SOLO, 20 for FAMILY, 50 for PRO, 250 for CORPORATE). A device slot remains occupied until you release it from your account dashboard or by written request to support. To prevent slot cycling from being used to share a subscription beyond its licensed device count, HWID rebinding is limited to a reasonable number of changes per calendar month per plan; limits are displayed in your dashboard. Replacing hardware, reinstalling an operating system, or significant hardware changes may generate a new HWID, in which case you should release the old binding to free the slot. Device slots are not transferable between accounts.
9. Failed Payments and Grace Period
If a renewal charge fails, we will notify you by email and retry the payment up to three (3) times over the following seven (7) days. During this seven-day grace period your service continues uninterrupted. If payment has not been completed by the end of the grace period, the subscription is suspended and your devices can no longer connect. A suspended subscription can be reactivated within thirty (30) days by completing payment, with service resuming under the same account and device bindings. After thirty days of non-payment, the subscription is terminated and device slots are released. You remain responsible for updating expired or replaced payment cards before your renewal date.
10. Price Changes
We may change plan prices from time to time. Price changes never apply retroactively to a billing period you have already paid for. If a price change affects your plan, we will notify you by email at least thirty (30) days before the change applies to your subscription, and the new price will take effect only at your next renewal after that notice period. If you do not accept a price change, you may cancel before the renewal date and your service will simply run out at the end of the current paid period at the old price.
11. Termination for Cause
Foggy Froggy Networks may suspend or terminate a subscription before the end of its paid period if the account is used in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, if payment for the subscription is reversed or disputed in bad faith, if the account was created with false information, or if the subscription was obtained through fraud or through an unauthorized reseller. Termination for cause is described in more detail in the Acceptable Use Policy, including the enforcement steps we normally follow before terminating. Amounts paid for a period during which the account was terminated for cause are not refundable, as set out in the Refund Policy.
12. Dormant Accounts
An account with no active subscription and no login activity for twenty-four (24) consecutive months is considered dormant. We will send a notice to the email address on file before acting on a dormant account. If the account remains inactive for sixty (60) days after that notice, we may close the account and delete the limited account data we hold, consistent with our strict no-logs approach to service data. Closing a dormant account does not affect any statutory rights you may have. If you wish to return after your account has been closed, you are welcome to create a new account, but prior device bindings and settings cannot be restored.
13. Corporate Subscriptions
CORPORATE plan subscriptions may be managed by a designated account administrator, who is responsible for allocating the plan's 250 device slots within their organization, for ensuring that all users of the subscription comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, and for all cancellation and billing communications with us. Instructions regarding a CORPORATE subscription are accepted only from the administrator email address on file or a verified successor designated in writing.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Subscription & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our plans, billing practices, or legal obligations. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Material changes, including any change to renewal or cancellation mechanics, will be announced by email or through the service at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
